One person builds this. That person answers the email.

There is no ticket queue and no support bot. Write to josh@pocketchomp.com and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the code.

• Something is broken

  Email me with your device model and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps more than anything else.

• A food looks wrong

  Send the food name and what the label actually says. Database corrections go in for everyone, not just your copy.

• PocketChomp+ billing

  Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Manage, cancel or request a refund from the app's More tab, or in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.

• Your data

  Export to CSV any time from inside the app. Account deletion has its own page, and it removes the server copy as well.
