PocketChomp is on Google Play. It’s an open beta, so anyone with an Android phone can install it straight from the listing. No invite, no waitlist, no form to fill out first.

What “beta” means here
It’s the real app, the same one I log my own food in every day. What you log is real and it stays. When the beta label comes off, Google Play sends it as a normal update.
It also means some things may break. Updates come often. If something looks wrong, it probably is, and I want to hear about it.
You don’t need an account. Tap Get started, set your goals and log. Signing in only adds backup and sync.

What’s in PocketChomp+
PocketChomp+ is the paid tier. It adds Dynamic TDEE, a calorie target that adjusts to your actual weight trend (how it works). It also adds photo and voice logging, recipe import from a link, Weekly budget, more than two goals, and favourites that remember your portion. Insights gets ranges past 30 days, any nutrient and where it comes from, the nutrients you’re often under, and energy balance.
It’s $6.99 a month, or $39.99 a year with a 14-day free trial. You don’t need it to track food.
What I need from you
Scan what’s in your kitchen. Canadian groceries are what PocketChomp is built around, and the fastest way to find gaps is people scanning what they actually buy.
If a barcode isn’t found, the numbers look off, or something breaks, email me at josh@pocketchomp.com. It comes straight to me.
